JUVENTUS were held to a 1-1 draw by Genoa in the Serie A Italian championship at the Allianz Stadium on Saturday (10/20/2018).
Juventus face Genoa with a determination to continue the winning trend in the Serie A Italian League competition. In order to achieve this ambition the host immediately attacked Genoa since the early minutes.
In the third minute Juventus got their first chance through Juan Ciadrado. But Cuadrado's shot was blocked by the opponent's defense. The raw ball was greeted by Cristiano Ronaldo's shot which was not on target.
Playing on an opponent's cage doesn't make Genoa's mental shrivel. Genoa striker Christian Kouame responded to Juventus' attack with his raw shot at the foot of the Juventus defender.

Juventus finally scored in the 18th minute through Cristiano Ronaldo's feet. Starting from Joao Cancelo's hard kick which hit the opponent's defender, a wild ball rolled in front of Genoa's goal which Ronaldo could cheat despite getting an escort from the opponent.

The attack on Genoa to equalize also produced results in the 67th minute through Daniel Bessa using Christian Kouame's pass. The ball from Kouame can be well headed by Bessa who is not guarded by Juventus defender.
Without any more goals created in the remainder of the match, both teams had to settle for sharing the numbers 1-1.
By scoring one goal, Ronaldo made history as the first player to score 400 goals in the top five European football competitions.
Before defending Juventus, Ronaldo also took part in two competitions including the top five in Europe, namely with Manchester United in the English Premier League and Real Madrid Spanish La Liga.
The other two top competitions in the Blue Continent are the German Bundesliga and French Ligue 1.
With the results of this match, Juventus remain unshaken in the top slot of the Serie A standings with a value of 25, far leaving Napoli in second place with a collection of 18 points.
