Broken Bones, Messi Predicted Absence in El Clasico

Lionel Messi was injured when Barcelona defeated Sevilla. La Pulga also has to miss the El Clasico counter Real Madrid next week.

Messi pulled out in the 26th minute, when Barcelona faced Sevilla at Camp Nou on Sunday (10/21/201) early morning hrs. The 31-year-old attacker suffered an injury due to a wrong ride when he fell.

In the duel for the ball with Franco Vazquez in the 16th minute, Messi fell and was mistaken. The elbow of his right arm seemed to bend slightly out.

Messi immediately groaned in pain in the field. After ten minutes of treatment, he was pulled out of the match and replaced by Ousmane Dembele.

After the match, which Barcelona won with a score of 4-2, Messi was confirmed to have suffered a radial fracture in his right arm. He also had to be absent for three weeks.

Absent for three weeks, Messi will pass El Clasico. Barcelona will then host rivals, Real Madrid, at Camp Nou on Sunday (10/28/2018).
